This Women of Africa bowl depicts 3 women from different South African tribes/races, holding hands in unity. They are the strong Women of Africa and they support and carry one another through life.

The stoneware bowl is thrown on a pottery wheel and then the hand-modelled figures are added to the rim of the bowl.

This bowl will be a vibrant reminder in your home of Africa's gorgeous patterns and colours, as well as the heart-warming concept of Ubuntu.  

With these bowls we hope to contribute to nation building and harmony across the various tribes in South Africa.
