Yes. All products on Local Leo are made by African artisans or businesses. Each product listing includes details about the maker, origin, and materials used.

2. Ordering and Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major international and local payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and other payment gateways. All payments are processed securely.

Can I pay in my home currency?

Yes, just change the currency at the top of the page to one of the available options. If a currency you are looking for is not listed, choose $USD as it is the most widely used currency.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Do you deliver to hotels or lodges?

Yes! We can deliver to your accommodation in South Africa. However, please make sure that you will be at your hotel long enough in order to receive your order. See next few bullet points on delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your destination.

Note: Duties and taxes are not covered by Local Leo and must be paid by the customer upon delivery in the destination country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For South African deliveries, orders will typically be delivered within 3–5 business days. For international shipments, please allow up to 10–15 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

4. Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, we want you to love your purchase. You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
