Africa’s mosndangered big cat, which is highly protected, and one is considered fortunate to see one in its natural habitat.

The cheetah is lightly built, spotted large cats and thanks to its long thin legs and long tail which act as a rudder, it is the fastest land animal and is estimated to be capable of running at 80 to 128km/h.

It is characterised by its small round head, short snout, and black tear-like facial streak. They prefer open savannah’s where they can easily spot and pursue their prey.
