Inspired by the amazing diversity of the Cape Floral Kingdom of South Africa. The flowers and creatures in each drawing occur in the Table Mountain area of the Western Cape region of South Africa, where ‘Fynbos’ is the predominant vegetation type. Each design is carefully thought out and executed in coloured pencil with a great deal of patience and attention to detail. Some prints will have flowers which begin with the same letter as the one being illustrated, others will have things in them just because I love them!
